From Patterns to Progress
Hey friends,
I'm building something I've wanted for years: a developmental assessment tool that doesn't just label your personality but actually helps you change, grow, and heal.
Over the past three decades, I've refined a comprehensive coaching system built around Developmental Perspectives, Power Centers, Core Aptitudes, Shadow Patterns, right- and left-brain hemisphere bias, and self-regulation.
Now I'm working on the next piece: a self-assessment tool that tracks it all—as unique to you as a fingerprint.
The 10 Questions:
- Tell us about a recent challenge. What happened, and how did you deal with it?
- When you think about your personal growth, what has changed most about the way you see yourself?
- Have you ever felt misunderstood? What happened, and how did you respond?
- What gives your life meaning? Has that sense of purpose changed over the years?
- Think of a time your values were tested. What did you learn?
- What's your relationship with your emotions? How do feelings influence your choices?
- How do you show up in groups? What role do you tend to play?
- Describe a recent internal conflict. How did you resolve it, or not?
- What do you notice about your inner voice or self-talk?
- How do you stay open to people with very different views?
Everyone who participates will receive a personalized assessment with developmental stage, shadow crash patterns, Power Center and Aptitude "leaks," and personalized recommendations.
Wishing you abundant health, happiness, and prosperity,
Mark
