Patterns Under Stress and a Book on the Way

Quick one from me. Most of us keep living inside patterns we’re aware of that still take over under stress — in how we react, relate, and retreat. We know better. We still do it.

That doesn’t mean something is wrong with you. It means the pattern was built — by the body, mind, and world system— mostly outside awareness. Insight helps, but it rarely reaches deep enough on its own.

What helps change take root is attunement: relating to yourself, others, and situations with acceptance and care — plus intentions, honest practice, and responsibility.

That’s the heart of my book, Built This Way: Why Painful Patterns Repeat and How to Change Them. It publishes October 22, 2026.
